Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order if any of the following conditions apply:

• The item received is different from what was ordered
• The item is defective or physically damaged

Please note that returns will not be accepted for any reason other than damaged or defective products or incorrect items received. To be eligible for a return and refund, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show.

• The shipping label
• The unopened package
• The complete unboxing process
• The damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
• Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

2. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

• The items received do not match the prescription or order
• The items are defective or physically damaged
• Medicines must be returned in full and in their original condition, including the box, strips, and packaging.

3. Conditions for Acceptable Returns

All returned items must be:

• In their original condition and unused
• Properly sealed and not tampered with
• In the case of medicines, strips must be intact, and the original box and label must be preserved
• If a doctor changes the prescribed medicine or a customer accidentally orders the wrong product, a self-return option may be provided. Eligible returns will be processed through a coupon/store credit after verification by the Dawaadost team.
• If the issue is due to an error from our side (wrong product, missing item, or damaged package), we arrange a reverse pickup.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned package.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

• All WOW99 products are not returnable
• Products with limited shelf life / hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.
• Products that have been unsealed and are sensitive to health and hygiene
• Personal hygiene products
• Items marked as 'non-returnable' on the product or category detail page

5. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery through any of the following channels:

• Submitting the return request through the form on our Contact Us page
• Our team will provide instructions on how and where to return the items. Depending on your location, options may include courier pickup or drop-off at a designated Dawaa Dost store. All options may not be available in all areas, and our team will assist in identifying the most convenient return method.
• Please note that the cost of return shipping is not covered by Dawaa Dost. Customers are advised to ensure the package is securely sealed and shipped via a reliable courier.

6. Refunds

• Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• For cash-on-delivery orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund
• We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund in case of damage or signs of improper handling of the returned items. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or credit note instead of a refund.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are approved by our team by signing into your account and navigating to the order history section. If the order status is not processed yet, you may cancel it directly.
• For cancellations after the order is approved, please contact Customer Care.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched/shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may raise a return request as per the Return Policy outlined above, subject to the applicable eligibility conditions and submission of the required unboxing video.
